Iron Lotus was co-founded by Gail Shan and Jack Ng.
Gail’s strategic slant and diversity of experiences combine well with Jack’s detailed understanding of firm operations. Together, they comprise a leadership team that comprehensively understands the various challenges faced by firms in adapting to new technologies and economic landscapes.
Together, they share a common belief in strong business principles that form the foundation for Iron Lotus.

Gail Shan, FCA CVA FCCA MBA DDDLP
Gail Shan brings a unique blend of experience spanning 20 years. From creating new sales channels in an IT SME to managing finance in an Oil and Gas listed company, she knows the ins and outs of running a business at all scales. Her time at the venture capital firm VentureCraft, building a VC fund from scratch, offered deep insights into startups' challenges.
At Iron Lotus Advisory, Gail leverages her mix of professional expertise and business experience to support and advise small businesses and startups on issues like cashflow management and investor relationship management.

Jack Ng, AICA IBFQ
Jack Ng brings over a decade of professional experience in risk management, corporate governance, and operations. His practical knowledge of business operations stems from his time as a General Manager at a factory managing day-to-day operations. At a venture capital firm, he was not just in charge of IT and HR, but also handled risk management and compliance.
At Iron Lotus, Jack's blend of hands-on operational experience and strategic risk management expertise equips him to support and advise startups and small businesses on issues like business and regulatory risk and technology integration.
